2 of the 3 records not as described. Very difficult negotiating a refund from this guy. He finally relented when I threatened to open a PayPal

You can clearly see the difficulties that we faced with the information flow from the buyer. Admittedly we could have been quicker in replying but I was not on line for the days that he was contacting me and also he clearly didn;t understand the messages left.

Why are you behaving like this?

I offered to send replacement copies. You agreed. If I send replacement copies they have to be the very best as you ordered so I don’t understand why you asked the question.

Plus on Thursday i was travelling back from my mum who’s recovering from a stroke. I got back later than I expected. Friday I had to go up to London.

Friday afternoon and all day saturday I had to pick the orders that i’d missed whilst i was away.

I was away all day Sunday.

Monday is my busiest day and i’m now having to deal with this.

Life is pretty shit at the moment and i’ve gone out of my way to get you 100% happy.

Please appreciate this.

When I contacted you again, you protested that it was the weekend. However, I would not have needed to contact you at the weekend if you’d informed me of the situation earlier.
This is not a big deal to me but your communication here has been poor. The records were not as described and it’s your responsibility to communicate effectively.

The sleeve is a VG – a very strong VG

If you’d like to return them then we’ll refund in full or maybe you’d take them with a discount or maybe I’ve got further copies in the stock that’s not been listed.
